3. Orders & Payment

When you place an order:

  • You offer to purchase Products which are subject to availability and acceptance by us.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability.
  • All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment must be made via the methods offered at checkout (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, digital wallets).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship only within India unless otherwise specified.
  • Standard and express shipping options are available at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier or force majeure may occur.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Unopened, unused Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping charges may apply.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at contact@dicedarbar.com with your order number.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned Product.
  • No returns on opened, used, or damaged Products unless defective or incorrect.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of DiceDarbar or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:
